How to use

Enter your height and weight to compute Body Mass Index (BMI) under both WHO international and Asia-Pacific cutoffs at the same time.

  1. Enter your height in centimeters (e.g. 170).
  2. Enter your weight in kilograms (e.g. 65).
  3. Read the BMI value and category from the result card.
  4. Compare both standards to see how the same number can be classified differently.

BMI does not distinguish muscle from fat. For athletes or older adults, use it only as a rough screening reference.
