BMI Calculator — WHO & Asia-Pacific Standards | utilo.kr
BMI does not differentiate between muscle and fat. Use it as a reference indicator only. Consult a medical professional for an accurate health assessment.
How to use
Enter your height and weight to compute Body Mass Index (BMI) under both WHO international and Asia-Pacific cutoffs at the same time.
- Enter your height in centimeters (e.g. 170).
- Enter your weight in kilograms (e.g. 65).
- Read the BMI value and category from the result card.
- Compare both standards to see how the same number can be classified differently.
BMI does not distinguish muscle from fat. For athletes or older adults, use it only as a rough screening reference.
