utilo.kr is a practical tool platform that brings together the calculation and lookup tools Korean users need most — financial, network, and lifestyle — all free and without registration. Calculations run in your browser; ads are kept minimal.
Who Runs utilo
utilo is operated by the Utilo Team (OwlzWorks). We build and maintain 17+ tools and 56 in-depth bilingual guides (Korean/English), iterating based on user feedback. The service has been running since 2024. For inquiries: utilo.kr@gmail.com.
Our Mission
To provide accurate, transparent tools for Korean financial calculations (net pay, VAT, jeonse/wolse conversion, loan repayment, severance pay, compound interest), network/IP utilities, and health/lifestyle metrics — reflecting the actual laws and regulations in effect. When external data is required, we reference primary sources such as the National Tax Service (NTS), National Pension Service, National Health Insurance Service, Bank of Korea, and KISA.
